Colorado provides a table specifying the frequency at which equipment needs to be tested in different settings in Table 2-1 of Part 2, Section 2.5.1.3 of the regulations depending on the machine type/use: Part 2, Section 2.5.1.3. Most general radiography equipment must be tested annually, most dental every three years or annually, and most veterinary every three years.
